Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free for all orders

Orders should take between 5 and 25 business days from dispatch to arrival, depending on your location and selected shipping method. See our FAQs page for more details.

You are eligible to request a refund if the time since dispatch exceeds 30 business days and you have not received your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take longer to process and be dispatched

You will be provided a tracking link once your order has been dispatched, that will be updated at each stage of the shipping process
