HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping can take as low as 5 or up to 15 days to complete (except for South Africa being 7-20 days), depending on delays in the warehouses. You will receive a tracking link and notification once your order has been dispatched, and can contact us at any stage

DO YOU DO RETURNS/REFUNDS?
We don't offer returns, but will refund with valid reason. To submit a refund request, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and an explanation of the issue with your order. Please account for shipping delays upon purchase, as this will not be considered valid for a refund unless time exceeds 25 days.
